My Role at Anchor Bay Dance Center: At Anchor Bay Dance Center, I oversee the artistic vision, class structure, and performance programming.
My role includes:
✔ Creating a well-rounded curriculum that focuses on technique, artistry, and personal growth.
✔ Choreographing performances and competition pieces that inspire and challenge students.
✔ Ensuring all instruction is age-appropriate, safe, and engaging for every dancer.
✔ Providing mentorship, encouragement, and a positive learning environment that fosters confidence.
✔ Managing competitions, recitals, and studio events to create memorable experiences for dancers and their families.

Meet Our Artistic Director

At Anchor Bay Dance Center, we believe that dance is more than just movement—it’s a powerful tool for building confidence, discipline, and lifelong skills. As the Owner and Artistic Director, I am committed to providing high-quality dance education in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every student can grow, learn, and shine.

A Passion for Dance & Education: With decades of experience in the performing arts, I have had the privilege of training dancers of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to competitive performers. My expertise spans multiple dance styles and I am certified in various dance curriculums and training programs, ensuring that my instruction is technically sound, developmentally appropriate, and up-to-date with industry standards.
As a choreographer and educator, I take great pride in developing structured programs that meet students where they are while challenging them to reach new heights. Whether I’m teaching a tiny tot taking their first steps in dance or coaching an advanced student preparing for competition, I tailor my approach to each dancer’s unique needs, abilities, and learning styles.

Why I Love What I Do: My greatest joy as an instructor and director is watching students grow—not just as dancers, but as individuals. Dance teaches resilience, teamwork, creativity, and self-expression, and I am honored to help each student discover their potential.
